At Gatos, we want you to be exctatic about all the culinary delights coming your way for your special event, so rest assured that all dishes on our menus are substitutable, although the price may vary slightly.

We encourage you to customize your menus according to your preferences. Additionally, if the minimum quantity of people is not reached for a particular menu, we are more than happy to make arrangements to accommodate your needs and are certain we can make somthing special with your budget.
